Submit your abstract by March 22, 2026!

INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION
Please read the submission guidelines before submitting an abstract. Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official symposium publications (abstract book). The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract. Your abstract will be reviewed by the organizing and scientific committee after submission has closed. You will be notified about the acceptance of your abstract, either as an oral or as a poster presentation.

 

Deadline for Abstract submission: Sunday, 22.03.2026 (23:59 CET)

Abstract submission is open from 02.02. – 22.03.2026

 

 
Abstract Guidelines
• The scientific committee highly encourages the submission of original scientific material.
• Abstracts have to be written and presented in English.
• The presenting author has to be registered for the meeting.
• You will receive an email with the link to upload an abstract upon completion of registration.
• Please submit your abstract using the link found in your registration.
• Abstracts send by email will not be considered.
 
Structure of the Abstract
If applicable, the abstract should consist of the following parts:
1. Title (35 words max)
2. The content of the abstract (limited to 300 words) should consist of the following parts:
             • Authors – please include all authors in the correct order
             • Affiliations – please include the authors’ complete primary affiliation by indicating the
                corresponding company/institutions, department, location and country Background and aim of the study
             • Methods
             • Results
             • Conclusion
             • Acknowledgements or references – can be added in the separate field below the abstract
               body/content.
             • References – should be indicated using the following format: author name, journal name,
                year of publication, volume, starting page, without manuscript title e.g. (Smith AG. et al. J Fant 2002:79:567).
3. Please note that figures, tables or graphs cannot be included.
