* Who can apply for the regular attendee rate?
The regular attendee fee applies to:
- People working in academia/hospital
- Clinicians working in academia/hospital
NOTE: if above criteria doesn’t apply to you, then please register as Industry
** Who can apply for the PhD student rate?
Only PhD graduate students, Master’s students and undergraduate students are eligible for this rate.
I can only attend one day of the conference. Do you offer a discount?
The registration fee is for two days. We do not offer discount for one day attendance.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do not offer group registration discount. Every attendee should register individually.
I completed my registration, but did not receive a confirmation.

- No refund possible after registration has been completed
- In case the symposium is cacelled by the organizer, registration fee will be refunded
